| Allergens/Safety Advice | Give 2 tablets dissolved in a teaspoon of cold water 3 times a day or massage gums with the cool solution as needed. Children 2yrs+ Take 1-2 tablets up to six times a day, dissolved on or under the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 12 tablets provide 7.75ug of Biotin (15.5% Reference Intake). These may safely be taken with supplements or medicines. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Suitable for Vegetarians.
